Do you want to have a healthy, happy relationship with food? Do you want to achieve your ideal weight? Do you want to create a healthy mindset for success?
This amazing Program runs for 4 weeks to get you started and then with an option to continue for more if needed.
You will work closely with Lifestyle Food and Wellness Coach, AFT Coach and Hypnotherapist.
You will be SUPPORTED and be given TOOLS so that you can create a new mindset, develop new habits, practise new ways of living and take those daily ACTIONS for success.
This program includes:
- 4 Coaching / Hypnotherapy Sessions with Karin with the option of more if needed.
- Hypnosis recordings
- An app with food, meal plans, exercise and mindset information.
- Karin's Body Awakening Movement with over 50 Pilates, Yoga, stretching, relaxation/meditation videos.
