There are so many different health and wellness program you can join but not many programs take into account that we are all different and to get results we need to be treated like unique individuals.You see, we are all different not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. We all have a specific health type and that is why it's so important to get a coach that can support you and help you with a plan that is unique to you. There are also many programs out there where you don't receive the support needed.
You see, it all starts with our genes and from when we were conceived. Each of our bodies is constructed from genetic sequences that were developed in utero. These sequences form the "blueprint" for our body, the guide to how our body will respond to any given circumstance and what the healthiest version of body looks like.
When we know the "blueprint" we have the foundation of our health plan, however it isn't the full picture until we know where we are right now and what we need to adjust to get us back to following the "blueprint" correctly.
To find out what has happened to our body, not just recently but over the entire course of our life up to this point, we need to understand the science of Epigenetics and that is what my unique coaching program takes into account.
The science of epigenetics, refers to the study of the activity that happens 'on' or 'around' our genes. It's the factors in our lifestyle and environment that turn our genes 'on' or 'off' or make it easier for a particular gene to be activated. Epigenetic factors are all around us every day, from the weather outside that heats or cools our bodies, to the stresses imposed on us by our lifestyle, workplace and relationships, as well as more obvious factors such as food, exercise and sleep routines. When we add our genetic profile and our epigenetic factors together, we have the complete picture of the elements making up the individual we are today (called our phenotype). With this knowledge we can apply the right strategy for maximising our health and wellness with greater accuracy.
So in short, to get results, it's important to get to know You - what health type you are and then start from there.
