Have you ever had a feeling - perhaps call it gut feeling, that something does not make sense, or perhaps something is telling you don't do it?
Intuition is available to each and everyone of us. Intuition is a quiet but firm inner voice and can be referred to as God's voice speaking directly to us, the voice of my guardian angel guiding me, a gut feeling that happens without any effort to me. It's knowing something clearly without knowing how you came to know it.
There are many ways we can describe it and you may have your way of describing it too.
Intuition involves no conscious use of the reasoning mind.
The Latin word intuition mean "to regard inwards".
This gives you an idea of what intuition is. Intuition comes from within, even though outer things, people or events may be present and a part.
Intuition can work for you in everyday decisions you have to make. It can help you decide what path to take, how to solve a problem and to help you along your life path.
When you open yourself to possibilities, your consciousness will expand, you will awaken and that is the most useful skill you can open yourself up to in life.

The famous physicist Albert Einstein said " The intellect has little to do on the road to discovery. There comes a leap in consciousness, call it intuition or what you will, and the solution comes to you, and you don't know how or why"
Join me to awaken your intuition and how to set daily intentions.

We come to an end and to a new beginning. What a year it's been!
I don't know where to start and end to be honest. It's been huge in so many ways and as it's only a few hours left I take the moment to reflect on the highlights, learning and the times that will be with me for years to come.
I take some time to be grateful for what's been and I take time to dream about what I want to draw into my life for 2022. This is a big year for manifestation. I can feel it in my soul.
As I was looking at the clouds this afternoon, this is what I saw...two beautiful heart shaped clouds. I believe signs are all around us and this was a sign for us.
The heart is the locus of physical and spiritual being, and represents the “central wisdom of feeling as opposed to the head-wisdom of reason”. It is compassion and understanding, life-giving and complex.
The heart is the most widely recognised and universally known symbol of love.
The last Book of the Bible – Revelation – speaks of Jesus returning in the clouds in Revelation 1:7 “Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.”
Let's pray for a world awakening 2022.
I am grateful for You who read this....again...you reading this must be a sign....
I send you Love & Light,
Karin xx

Hi,
I hope you had a lovely Christmas. Christmas can be joyful but it can also be sad. Everyone experiences it differently and that's Ok. Now we are on the other side and in the between days - in between Christmas and 2022!
A New Year is new beginnings, new dreams and desires and wishes for a good year ahead.
Let's make a joint effort to imagine the most wonderful year ahead - an awakened year - a year of Love, Joy, Peach and compassion.
I envisage a beautiful year, a year when humanity is coming together as one - to put a spectacular show on of the human spirit.
Sending Love and Light to You,
Karin xx

How often do you start your day without checking in with yourself? Maybe the first thing you do in the morning is to put everyone else’s needs above your own, your kids, your partner, your pet, work and so on.
It's very easy to fall into the trap of focusing our needs on other people and things than on ourselves and the more we do that, the less we focus on our own needs, we starting to feel the effects. We start to become overwhelmed, stressed, frustrated and so on.
If you don’t give yourself time to check in with yourself on a daily basis, you may feel a sense of disconnection from yourself and your dreams and goals. And the more you avoid your own needs, the more overwhelmed you can become.
I have found really helpful to avoid falling into the trap of being overwhelmed is to set a daily intention. This means taking a moment to pause before the day begins and asking yourself what it is you want to get out of it. This does't need to take more than five minutes, and it keeps you connected to your goals, your desires, and your needs.
Setting Intentions daily can change ones life. We become creators of our life and we become masters at manifesting and most of all, we can begin live our authentic life!
I have also found that I am able to stay more mindful throughout the day and focus on the type of energy I want to attract and put out into the world. When I take a few minutes at the start of the day to set my intention I also choose an essential oil and I do this intuitively. I use high vibrational essential oils for ultimate wellness and in conjunction with daily intentions and this makes it is extremely powerful.
I invite you to join me for 7 days of Awaken with Daily Intentions and Essential oils where you get to learn the power of setting intentions and how to do it and how you can incorporate essential oils for maximum power and ultimate wellness. You will also receive a Free e-book and tips and strategies to your inbox daily for 7 days.

This was my second time in this area. Last year I spent a few days in Mount Beauty and I absolutely loved it.
This time I stayed in Bright and I had a chance to go for a mountain bike ride from Porepunkah up Mount Buffalo until I got to Rollosons Fall. A friend of mine recommended me taking a trip there.
I had to ride for about 1 hour and 45 minutes uphill - about 14km- until I got to the sign to Rollosons Fall. From there I had to walk 1.9km until I reach the most wonderful place. I spent some time there to resting and hydrating and immersing myself with the magic energy of this incredible place. Then I hiked back to where I had left my bike. I rode downhill and it only took about 30 minutes. I had to use my breaks a bit because otherwise I would have probably gone 80km per hour!
After I got back to the car I drove back to Bright for a wonderful vegan meal followed by a dip in the river.
The Alpine area in Victoria is stunning. I feel like "home" here.

"Aspire Nobly, adventure daringly & serve humbly"
This is a quote by William Danforth.
I took this photo one Wednesday morning 6.30am - when I was about to take a cold dip in the ocean. The sunrise was yet again stunning as you can see. There is something special about watching the sun rise. It's like a new beginning. It's incredibly calming and inspiring.
If you have the opportunity to get up and watch the sun rise, I highly recommend it. Your day will turn out to be a little more sunny because of it.

Giving up does not have to be a bad thing. There are plenty of things, which, if we give them up and let them go, will make our life a lot easier and much more joyful. What do you think would happen if you gave up things that cause you stress, pain, suffering? Imagine if you allowed yourself to let go of things that if you did, would cause you to be much more happy, free and at peace.
Here are some of the things that I believe can be helpful to let go of:
1. Give up on beliefs that limits you i.e beliefs that tells you that you can't do it or have it or what is possible.
2. Give up self defeating self talk. Remember to not believe everything the mind is telling you - half of it is not true and a lot of it is negative as well.
3.Give up living your life to other people's expectations. Ask yourself; do you live "your" life. Do you listen to your heart's desire and to your intuition. You only have one life, so you must live and own it now! Don't let other people distract you on your path.
4. Give up on the need to always be right. Ask yourself if your life would be different if you let go of your ego and the need to be right all the time. Ask yourself; would I rather be right or would I rather be kind?
5. Give up blaming others. Blaming others just gives your power away and instead start loving your life
6. Give up on your limiting beliefs and what you cannot or can do. Don't allow your limiting beliefs keep you held back. Let them go and grow!
7. Give up your self defeating self talk. Saying negative and destructive things to ourselves only hurt ourselves!
8. Give up the need to be perfect and the need to impress others. That is just hard work and that is not what you are here for. Take of the mask and be unapologetically you. Then life is a lot easier and you will start attract the "right" things and people into your life.
9. Give up on any resistance to change. Change is required to move forward.. It's good! Be brace to follow your bliss and embrace change.
10. Give up on all your excuses. Excuses will only limit yourself. Throw all excuses in the rubbish bin. That's where they belong.
11. Give up on complaining. It's not the people, places or the situation that make you miserable - it's how you choose to look at it.
12.Give up on the past. This is probably the hardest one. Your past might have looked better than the now or it might have looked scary. remember that the present moment it all you have,. Embrace the now moment and plan for the future.
13. Give up fears. Did you know that you create fear? It's only an illusion. It does not exist. It is all in your mind.
14. Give up any attachments. This will detach you and you will feel more free, peaceful and be more kind.
15. Give up any labels and instead open your mind up a little more. That is when the mind can really work.
4. Give up on the need to always be right. Ask yourself if your life would be different if you let go of your ego and the need to be right all the time. Ask yourself; would I rather be right or would I rather be kind?

There are many more things that you may benefit from letting go off or giving up on. I'd love to hear what you are planing to give up on. Comment below.
