I am over the moon with the wonderful product I received from Young Living this month. And the best thing was I got it for free. This gift certainly exceeded my expectations. It was 4 years ago I started Torquay's first Body, Mind and Spirit Wellbeing Centre/Shop in Torquay - Aspire Wellbeing.
It's been an amazing journey!
I'd like to firstly give a big thanks to you who have followed and supported me during these years.
Another empty shop in Torquay as Aspire Wellbeing's Soul lives on - in different shape and form.
Here is the new beautiful Coaching & Treatments room and film studio
for all the upcoming classes, courses and programs.
It has been a fun journey but also a "full-on" one. Huge learnings, challenges and growth, loads of connections with wonderful people and a massive amount of treatments, workshops, classes, courses and retreats. I could possible not keep count on all the things that has taken place there. During this time I have also furthered my own skills with various courses and personal development.
Aspire Wellbeing in Torquay was a dream of mine and was on my vision board years earlier. It was a project that was on my "bucket list" and it's now been ticked off.
The last few months have been month's of Transformation, adaption and growth. It's very much been a personal growth journey - an inwards journey. My soul told me right from the start of this "situation" we are in, that it was time to go inwards. I actually made a video of this back in March. But it was month's before March I knew something was coming - just did not know what it was. Well, now we know...
I have realised that Freedom is my highest value and has always been. I have always been a critical thinker, an action taker and a light warrior. I sure have had to utilise those skills now and I have had to "free" myself from many things, not just the Aspire Wellbeing as it's been the last 4 years.
My commitment to myself is to live a balanced life and a life with passion - where I get to have a soulful purpose. I have realised that it's time for change, for growth, for expansion and it's time to serve in a bigger and better way.
I purchased this Wolkswagen Van a little while ago. I have always wanted one. Now it's mine...until I manifest the larger one. One that I can fit all my essential oils, crystals and the people I love in it. 😁😂👍
This van is now in my office and represents Balance and Freedom to me. It's the van that will take me to my dream places and get me to experience life the way I choose to.

"The Viking Light Warrior"
Did you know that adult humans are around 60- 75 percent water and our blood is about 90 percent water? And did you know that around 70 percent of the planet’s surface is covered by water? Amazing!
Water is essential for our bodies to function properly. Water carries nutrients to all cells in our body and oxygen to our brain. Water allows the body to absorb and assimilate minerals, vitamins, amino acids, glucose and other substances. Water flushes out toxins and waste. Water helps to regulate body temperature.
Water is essential for the kidneys and other bodily functions. When dehydrated, the skin can become more vulnerable to skin disorders and wrinkling.
Water helps lubricates the joints. Cartilage, found in joints and the disks of the spine, contains around 80 percent water. Long-term dehydration can reduce the joints’ shock-absorbing ability, leading to joint pain.
Water forms saliva and mucus. Saliva helps us digest our food and keeps the mouth, nose, and eyes moist. This prevents friction and damage. Drinking water also keeps the mouth clean. Water delivers oxygen throughout the body. Water cushions the brain, spinal cord, and other sensitive tissues.
Water regulates body temperature. Water that is stored in the middle layers of the skin comes to the skin’s surface as sweat when the body heats up. As it evaporates, it cools the body.
Did you know that dehydration can affect brain structure and function. It is also involved in the production of hormones and neurotransmitters. Prolonged dehydration can lead to problems with thinking and reasoning.
The bowel needs water to work properly. Dehydration can lead to digestive problems, constipation, and an overly acidic stomach. This increases the risk of heartburn and stomach ulcers. Water flushes body waste.
Water helps maintain blood pressure. A lack of water can cause blood to become thicker, increasing blood pressure.
Our airways need water. When dehydrated, airways are restricted by the body in an effort to minimize water loss. This can make asthma and allergies worse.
Water boosts performance during exercise and water may also help with weight loss.
Keeping hydrated is crucial for health and well-being, but many people do not consume enough fluids each day.
I love drinking water and especially Alkaline water - this is has a pH level of over 7.4 to match my body's natural alkalinity. I bought a Zazen water filter a couple of years back and have found this amazing. This water can help transform your wellness. My clients also get to enjoy this wonderful water.
