Yesterday I visited one of my favourite places in Victoria - Lake Elizabeth.
This place is magical to me. It's hidden deep in the Otways and is simply beautiful! You walk through tall Eucalyptus Trees and huge ferns to get down to this amazing hidden lake
The lake is beautiful and in it you see dead trees that drowned when the valley was flooded more than 50 years ago.

This place is somewhat magical to me. Walking through the huge ferns and trees makes you feel small yet protected.
Apparently there is platypus in the waters of the lake, which can be seen early in the morning or at dusk. You can also see glow worms at night and of course there are also a lot of snakes during the summer months. A sanctuary for the Australian natives too.

I feel full of gratitude and peace from visiting this amazing place and also super inspired for the day ahead - the first day of the 28-day Transform Your Wellness Challenge.

I will leave you with this Saying;

"Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better. Just living is not just enough. One must have sunshine, freedom and a little flower. Wherever you go, no matter the weather, always bring your own sunshine"

Enjoy the beauty around you & remember to count your blessings,

Karin xx
